I bought an hid kit from my local performance shop and they installed it and a few weeks after my hids work like crap with the ballast that came from the "unknown" kit (dosent even have a name brand ) but I ordered 2 Phillips ballasts that were about $62 per piece ( digital) , would this help out with the flickering and one side out deal since the ballasts aren't cheap , I know for a fact its not the bulb and a fuse isn't blown, its a 2011 Ford Fusion SE , Thanks!
