ok it is not registering that anything is connected to the computer. installed, uninstalled and reinstalled the "Philips GoGear device manager" software that came with it and it still says it doesnt have any drivers installed. i tried looking online for drivers but all i can find is the "Philips GoGear device manager" program. when i use the update driver option from my computers device manager that you access from the control panel it says "An error occurred during the installation of this device, A service installation section in this INF is invalid"
How do i fix this?
