Philips Gogear 4gb mp3 player?

every time i try to click charge and transfer, something pops up and says found new hardware wizard and wants me to install a mtp decive but it always says like they can't find it and can't install it? How do i make my mp3 player able to work on the computer again...and i already tried resetting it
