Ok so i bought a philips go gear vibe and i installed everything and i put music on it. i wanted to put movies to but obviously you have to convert them. I plugged my gogear vibe in to my computer and opened media convertor for philips and it says "To activate Media Convertor for philips, please connect a philips device. The dialog box will close automatically after your device has been connected to your computer." Obviously i have connected my philips device but the dialog box doesnt automatically close? How should i convert movies/videos to my philips gogear vibe?
