I have a Philips DVD Re-writer (DVD8701) in my computer. It won't open when i press the eject button, or if I choose Eject from the Windows explorer. I use a paperclip in the release hole to force it open manually, then press the button which closes it. It then works fine via the button until I restart my computer. Any ideas what might be causing this or how I can resolve it?
