when i try to turn it on the power button flashes red..and makes a clicking noise..like its going on and off..I removed the back and did see a capacitor/resistor with a slight bulge on top of it..it says 470uf/200 v and has the number 0425 on top of it and is green with a white stripe going up and down,oh and its located on the center circuit boar...could this be the problem?
