My philips T.V which is probably 2 years old, has a glitch that when u first turn it on the audio is very low, it used to be very high even at 0 (goes up to 100)when you first turn it on, the T.V would have to take time to adjust to the proper volume meaning if i was at 7 the volume would be at 0 and slowly reach up to 7(it dose not show the volume gauge but i could hear it going up. Now the volume is extremely low and when you first turn it on it has a lot of high pitched buzzing and static but not really any actual volume. Currently i turn it up to 100 and it sounds like its on 2 please help.

I checked the volume settings(tremble and bass both dtv and TV)
i have a channel master digital analog converter(dtv)
and the tv is hooked up with my gamecube(i know, was feeling nostalgic
