Philippines courts....Justice or NOT?

I’ve heard many statements that foreigners don’t get justice in the Philippines court systems and I found this out first hand as I was visited by the Sheriff and court official and served a court order TPO signed by the Branch 55 Judge Ulric R. Canete, I have no problem with the Judge signing a temporary protection order and setting a date for a hearing…. But this was what I feel was a “LICENSE TO STEAL” when the judge ordered me to surrender 20T pesos and my child’s USA Passport without first allowing a hearing to see if her claims are true…..YES this women filed a motion for a TPO and also asked the courts to grant her the child’s passport and 20T peso monthly child support and without a notice from the court, a court hearing or even a answer from me the Judge signed an order giving her everything she asked for, well the good thing is that I sent the Child’s passport back to the USA and I didn’t have 20T to give to the Sheriff and I have to appear in court this July 8 and then the FUN WILL BEGIN…. I have been in a ongoing custody dispute for almost a year in Branch 28 Court which is a higher Court then Branch 55 and we have already discussed the issue on the USA Passport and Child Support and when she filed her petition as a NEW Court Case in Branch 55 she included a NOTERISED signed NON-FUROM SHOPPING affidavit stating that the issues she is bringing before the Branch 55 Court is not been in any other court “BUSTED” so a Motion to Dismiss will be filed with the evidence of Forum Shopping and this should get her and her Atty. sited for forum shopping “That will be a wait and see” I will also file charges on her for falsifying an Affidavit and also Perjury which will carry some prison time if convicted. What is your answer to this?
