Philip Mainlander and his works, can someone help ne out in here?

Can anyone tell me if Philip Mainlander's "Philosophy of redemption" is available in English to people in Austrlia or US or Europe ?
Would anyone be able to give me more info on him, of course I've already read the wikipedia entry on him.

I also would be interested if someone can direct me to a valuable resource on German Pessimis other than the famous and basic writings of Schopenhauer, Nietzsche and etc.. .
