i want to have a fun reception during the day in center city, old city, etc. in philadelphia. think 3rd floor midtown continental with the patio and inside bar as well. however i want other ideas. i am looking to spend no more than 6-7k total for drinks and hors dourves, and around 3 hours. anybody have any ideas of other places???
