pH 7.0 Prob? ALSO DID MY FISH DIE OF LONELINESS?

Ok well I got pH 7.0 then while reading th directions saw it said DO NOT USE WITH LIVE PLANTS... i have two live plants its a freshwater but why cant i use it? I paid like 15$ and im really annoyed. I have no fish does it just kill the plants or something because my pH is like 6.2 it must be higher!!!!

And also, yesterday my fish blaze died from the shock of cycling (dont critisize me we have our reasons) but anywasy the other fish was totally fine but they were like best friends so she kept checking the corner he died in to see if he was there. This morning she looked healthy but she also kept looking. I came back from the stable where i board my horses and find her dead. Do you think she died of depression? Thanks

You should use pH stabilizers. They're very bad for your fish. Chances are, the store where you bought your fish has the same pH. If you want to raise it, you can add half bottled and half tap water when you do water changes.


And it's more than likely your fish died for the same reason the other fish did. Not because it was lonely.
