so china blew up the oil well with a secret submarine...
Master plan ---
1. save money
2. buy foreign debt
3. wait for financial crisis
4. cause expensive environmental disaster for company in the west
5. wait for the company to go bankrupt
6. buy it out and obtain its market share of the oil supply
7. stop drilling for oil causing prices to spike
8. buy more foreign debt as it continues due to high energy prices
9. as western credit ratings fall to zero, start accepting collateral such as military technology and arms instead
10. build up military
11. call in foreign debt, effectively crashing the global economy
12. wait five years while global poverty grows
13. Buy US land from the US government. if they won't sell, take by force
