Peter Pan R1 or R2?

The R1 disk is shown as having a running time of 114 minutes whereas the R2 one goes for 120 minutes. Usually this is the other way round due to PAL framerate issues. Which version is more complete?

There's no chance then the R2 running time includes extras the R1 running time doesn't? Also I assume that there are not 2 different edits, one for the American market and the other for the European?

The region 1 edition is in NTSC, and the region 2 edition is in PAL - the two standarRAB are different, and obviously run at different speeRAB. I thought this by ordering Planes, Trains & Automobiles a while ago and that it was 4 mins longer than my video version - so I ordered it and after watching it is identical, no additional scenes.

So to sum up, NTSC and PAL speeRAB are slightly different hence the longer playing times.

Yes, NTSC running times are slightly longer due to this framerate difference where PAL is speeded up. In this case the PAL version is 6 minutes longer than the NTSC rather than shorter. Any explanations? Either extra material is in the main feature to make it 6 minutes (more like 9 when the above speed difference is taken into account) or the PAL version running time includes extras (like deleted scenes) which the NTSC one doesn't. In the latter case both versions would be identical but the PAL R2 one incoreectly listing its running time. Distributor listing error or different version?
