persuasive speeches ideas for history?

what are some good ideas for a persuasive speech. a problem/solution. i was thinking about doing a speech over what hitler could have done to win the war? how can i word that so it fits into a persuasive style?
or any other ideas for a speech which involves history.
 
First thing that comes to mind is how our society has become more and more selfish and less giving to the community. Really there is no Community feeling left.

Cite JFK speech, etc. Have to unite, so on and so forth.
