Persuading Japanese Internment Camps?

Imagine you are President Roosevelt and you have to persuade the society why Japanese Internment Camps are justified.

What are some things you would include? Please help,.
I, personally, don't think they are justified. But I have to write an essay, saying they are, no matter what my beliefs are.
 
It didn't take alot of justification, Pearl Harbor got everybody's attention about any oriental.

Justified or not, it was done, the 442 (I think that's right) RCT proved otherwise. Nevertheless the war in the Pacific was vastly different than in Europe.

Nothing, they were not justified. Rounding up US citizens and imprisoning them because of their nationality was an abuse of power and cowardly. Lets hope you never have to suffer that.*
