Perl Script & Microsoft Outlook?

Hello, I've been tasked to write a Perl Script (Programming language) to retrieve all the email address from the microsoft outlook 2007. The problem I'm facing is I don't even know how to do it. All the contacts are in group. Any help/website that can help me retrieve selected group on Microsoft Outlook using perl script? Thanks alot
