The past few weeks I've been having periodic sharp pains in my rectum. It's just a brief pain that's hard to describe; I've never had homosexual intercourse or anything but I'm starting to wonder why it is happening. It usually happens when I'm sitting but sometimes when I'm standing. Usually if I clench my entire body it stops pretty fast; but I'm starting to get concerned as to what is causing it.
