i didnt really have any mood swings before my period.. except once when i got emotional for a minute for no reason, and i was angry for a stupid reason, and the next day i got it (last month).. i was just wondering if since i only had a mood swing like once, would i never have mood swings before my period?? like, i never really craved for any foods (except i dont know if this counts when i wanted a shake at mcdonalds, and my sister ordered me a coke instead, i was angry because i wanted it soo bad, and my friend and i went in mcdonalds like 3 times to decide if i wanted to get one or not, and i finally decided i couldnt take anymore so i got one... i only did that once tho... does that count as a period mood swing? also, i got my period the next day........ so does that mean i won't ever experience mood swings?
