I'm going to a sleepover tonight at my mates house, Im taking my own sheets and were watching a 2 hour horror movie on the sofa, how can I stop a leek when Im watching the film and asleep? PLEASE HELP!!!
I have dance class on monday and I started on saturday, I need to go! Class is 2 hours with a 10 minute toilet break, how can I stop a leek, I cant wear tampons (I can but without my mom knowing, and im super scared to put one in). My period is heavy and will be at the end.
How can I make it shorter/lighter?
