Ugh! I don't usually have bad period cramps after the first day but this time they're bad.
Normally I'd just deal with them but I have to go to a captains practice for volleyball today. I'm not on the team yet but these meets are kinda like pre-try out training.
We run around the track, up and down the bleachers..and let's just say it's REALLY exhausting-__-
I don't mind a challenge but last time I thought I was going to pass out from the pain.
My question is:
I have about 3 hours to prepare. I just a a pb sandwich and I'm not eating anything until after the practice. I took a motrin at 12 and im taking another before I leave(just a bit before 4). I need some advice on things to do to >eliminate< these pesky cramps!
Any ideas are welcome
