period 4 days late, sharp pains in abdomen..?

hi, my period is 4 days late now. I've taken 6 pregnancy tests from the dollar store, and all have come out negative. i am experiencing some sharp pains in my lower abdomenal spells all through out the day the last few days, and I get dizzy and was wondering if this is a severe sign of something..possibly ectopic pregnancy or just normal to pregnancy?
