Perform Service Code in Jeep Liberty?

I have a 2006 Jeep Liberty. I just did my own oil change (just bought the jeep) and the Perform Service thing is still coming on each time I start it. Does any body know what the code is to take it off?

Mike gave you the answer, however I will add this. Go to the Auto Parts or Parts Plus store and ask for a manual on your 2006 Jeep Liberty. That will be the best $20.00 you ever spend when it comes to your Jeep. I have saved myself and family many thousands of dollars by getting these manuals on any car we own. Check one of these manuals out and then decide if I am correct. The years that you own a car, it is sure to have some problems come up. This book is a wealth of information and diagrams for you the owner.
