Perfect Phone For Me?

Hey all,
I'm looking to change my phone. I'm currently using a Samsung A660 but it has "features" that I don't like: the ringer is much too quiet, I can't hear the damned thing half the time. Plus, when a headset is plugged in the phone doesn't ring in the headset (it doesn't ring on the phone either) so it's tough to catch calls when I'm on the road.

So, what I'm looking for:
1) A phone with a loud ringer - if the sound of a kitten sleeping 10ft away masks the ringer then it's too quiet. If the kitten (at 10ft) jumps 5 feet in the air and runs for its life then the ringer is probably OK.

2) A phone with logical earphone function (duh, I need to hear it ring!)

3) I would love to update my address book from my computer and sync it via USB - I'm getting tired of using the number pad for data entry. I don't care if it uses outlook's address book or a propietary one as long as I can use a real keyboard to type the entries.

Now, what I don't need. I realise that I will have to put up with some or all of these to get the right phone. I'm just listing them so it'll be understood that these items are negative priority. If two phones are equal but one has less of the following crap then that phone will be looked at first.

1) MP3 player. I have one, I don't need one on my phone.

2) Camera. See comment for MP3 player.

3) Bluetooth. I realise that Bluetooth is all the rage and all the hip people have it, use it and love it. I'm not hip. I just want a phone.

Idealy my next phone will have a better signal strength/antennae than my A660 - I'm getting tired of finding the "right spot" in my apartment to get service. I'm not even in a fringe area, the A660 just can't fight its way out of a wet paper bag when it comes to connecting to towers.

I'm currently using Bell Mobility in Montreal so any phones that are useable on this system are preferred

Thanks in advance for any comments, suggestions or advice.
