i've intentions to make mint chocolate fondue which calls for peppermint extracts. i can't find it in my local stores (living in singapore). so i read that peppermint oil will be a good substitute. but again, can't find it in local stores. however, i found peppermint flavourings. will this be good enough? or should i just use mint leaves?
