OKay. I am on my third Motorola Rival. I just got it, and its already not working well. When my second broke I asked what I could do to get a new model but they said that I would have to pay the month to month contract. This phone has been known to break a lot! What should I do to get a new phone but without the month to month price? Keep in mind cannot use ebay to buy one of these phones.
