In February I got the chocolate touch. In the first 20-25 days my phone broke. I'm not really sure how, it like had scratch's in the inside, the screen looked fine when it was off but when you turned it the screen was black and it showed 2 big scratches. But I didn't go to the Verizon store until like 2 weeks after so they gave me a refurbished chocolate touch because it was after the first 30 days. Now my phone is acting up again it got to the point where I had to calibrate several times a day.
And now I just leave it at home, I don't text or call or anything because I'm so sick of it.
And I don't wanna go to the Verizon store again because I don't want another refurbished phone .
Would they let me exchange it for the enV touch?
Or do i still have to wait for my contract to end?
