why are you guys so into Fords? don't get me wrong I used to be a big ford man myself but I see them brake down easy.I had 1986 Ford F250 [50/50 with my uncle]and it was a work horse all the times I went muddin in it the onetime my back tires were bogged down I slid it in 4x4 put it low gear and pulled her out then she was built like a tank my uncle was hit a jeep pulled her over three lanes jeep was totaled but she drove home, my uncle hit a tree with her tree knocked over other front fender totaled he drove home. my uncle hit a wall head on radiator was touching the fan drove home. there rugged machines but it seems like any ford made 1990 and after are crap. my uncle has 2003 F150 the engine don't sound good, and my dodge can out pull it. like I said I used to like fords but after driving a Dodge M37 Army truck I started like in those now that I have my '96 dakota 4x4 I really like dodge. so tell me what's reason some people like Ford so much?
hate to reak it to but all those feature won't help when your pulling another car off the highway or towing a trailer.
good point yellow jacket. my uncle's F150 has V8 mustang engine it runs sh!tty because it has a a lot of miles but has less then the '86 had and she ran and purred like she was right off the assembely line.
