My cousin recently got into a car accident and it was no big deal at all (I mean there was barely any dent to both cars), and the lady in front of her pulled out her kid in front of all the witnesses and said "HONEY ARE YOU OKAY?! I HOPE YOU'RE NOT HURT!" My cousin has a kid in the car as well, and she could've pulled out the same stunt. My question is, have you ever run into those individuals?
