Okay so im in high school.... and lately i have been sore from my calves thighs and triceps from playing water polo and soccer... im 16 im 5'9 and wiegh 140-148... i know i eat enough
i just basically want to know what is good to do or take so i wont be sore for so long.... ive been doing this soccer water polo thing for 2 years but recently ive been getting sore :/ lower back too
