People taking Effexor XR

For you people that are taking effexor xr how do you feel about taking it? I have been taking 75mg 1 a day for a couple years now.. the drug is not the greatest as far as side effects but I think it really does help.. The thing is my anxiety is still really bad and I feel like I am going to throw up it gets so bad. Instead of trying a different drug I think I am going to just up the dosage on the effexor. I know 75 mg is a low doage per day so that's why I think it might help.. What is everyone else taking for a dosage? how does it make you feel? thanks.
 
I used to take 150mg of effexor. Symptoms were bad and it didn't work for me but it's different for everyone. You could also ask to be put on a benzodiazepine like clonazepam or Ativan or Xanax. These work great for anxiety to.
