People say they can not hear me well when I use my Jawbone 2 bluetooth headset.?

I bought the Jawbone 2 after my Jawbone 1 broke. Ever since I have started using the jawbone 2 everyone says they can hardly hear me. Has anyone else had this problem with the Jawbone 2???
