people say my diet is awful, but im fit and healthy, Help?

ive been told that my diet isnt very good, but i feel fit and healthy and im never tired.
I have no breakfast, a cooked lunch, and then either a packet of crisps or a couple of biscuits for dinner.
I rarely have supper so i wont eat anything from about 6pm til 2 the next afternoon.

I do alot of sports. I swin 100 metres every morning and jog every evening.

I never feel tired or fatigued as i have 8 hours sleep every night. i dont drink or smoke.

I weigh around 9 1/2 stone, and i am 5"8.

Is everything alright or should i change my ways?
btw my cooked lunch is normally either a homemade chicken soup with crutons, or tofu salad.

For the guy who thinks there wasnt info on what i eat... is this good enough?
