I am doing an English literary essay for my grade twelve year in high school, and my topic is to compare the conflict(s) and or character(s) of Hamlet to situations or people in the past 100 years. I have already used a conflict involving Hamlet, and Claudius surrounding regicide, so I would like to use either Gertrude or Ophelia. If anyone can think of people who share characteristics I would really appreciate it.
