Legal or illegal it won't make a difference. The crime there isn't the result of guns or no guns.
That said I think its unreasonable to ban guns.

her hand its funny how we talk about it as if its a constitutional rights when in reality the "well regulated militia" part of the second amendment had been considered the most important part in the past but now it's the "to keep an bear arms."
But again, before I get flamed, gun bans are stupid along with most of Illinois law and order policies and laws.
