Pending TSS on Cydia - Is that SHSH?

Yes that is correct ,you may have click make my life easier on 3.1.3 but cydia server didn't save your TSS in time before apple stop signing that firmware,but apple are signing ios4 so that what's on cydia server
In the future when apple update to 4.1 you will always be able to restore to ios4
 
my iphone 3gs is on 4.0 i dont no my shsh was saved on cydia or not someone tell me is there any way to check that its on cydia or not
