Is there any defense for a male who was attacked and defended himself against a woman with mental problems? She had him charged with assault. He had restrictions put on him not to contact her, but she initiated contact and has continued to contact him. They have been seeing each other regularly. She expects him to move back in with her after the Court date. He doesn't want to because she's unstable.
