In May 2009, I was caught driving an unregistered car,because the registration had expired more than one month ago .. it is also uninsured. It is my first offence, i have never been in trouble for anything prior to this. I just received my summons for court and was wondering if anybody knows what the penalty for such an offence is likely to be? Also, what can I expect when I attend court, I've never been and am a little scared!!
