I have a new Mac OS X version 10.6.4
I was wondering if there was a place I could download the pen tool from. I I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 and it doesn't have a pen tool :'(
Also -- if you know where I can download a layer mask. That would be nice too! Thank you!
