pell grant question for bell?

Hi bell thanks..that was my first thought also... the only other question i have is what types of things decide what amount is given.. the reason i ask. is i started school with my friend..we have had exactly the same classes at the same time..Our financial situation the same. our amounts of disbursement was a mirror image. the only thing different this time is that she is not on the dean's list (the school gives 150 to students per sem for being on deans list) so you would think that would put her a little less than me.. im actually 1/3 of hers.. she has same classes scheduled for remainder of year as i do..like i said..a mirror.. so what other types of factors affect financial aid like that. thanks for you help by the way
