Peel outs in 2004 Mazda MPV?

How bad would pulling the e-brake and then accelerating from a dead stop be on a 2004 Mazda MPV (3.0L V6.) What components would this put stress on?

Also, what can happen if constantly rev the engine to about 4500 rpms but for about 2 seconds each time, would it damage the engine?
