Hello
I am a 16 Year old male. i weigh 46kg (101 pounds). I have a trip overseas in 58 days and i want to do some hardcore pectoralis isolation exercises to have good looking and strong pecs by then. i have been going to the gym for about 6 months and have developed alot of muscle, but i want a fixed routine to get maximum results by then. I am obviously not going to be working only my pecs for 58 days and i could incorperate some other muscle groups. i was thinking these mainly:
- Lat's
- Bi-ceps
- Abs
- Deltoids (optional)
