"Peacock, Rainbow, and other poets" - from Lolita?

Re-reading Lolita, and this bit is caught squarely in the middle of "allusions that make me laugh out loud" and "allusions that go so far over my head I don't realise they're there."

When Humbert and Charlotte marry, the wedding announcement says H. has written "several books on Peacock, Rainbow, and other poets." I'm assuming "Rainbow" is the American bastardization of "Rimbaud" but I can't for the life of me figure out who "Peacock" is.

Any students of French Lit able to help?
