I own a 50cc peace sports scooter. It is very hard to get started. It will start and go dead, and then it is very hard to get back started, like it's flooded or something. I takes the whole battery charge almost to get it back started, but once it is warmed up and running it does fine. I changed the spark plug and tested it, plenty of spark. Could it be the electric choke? I already tried adjusting the air/fuel mixture and adjusting the idle. Can anyone help? The scooter only has 1000 miles on it.
