pda phone vs. phone w/ BT

I'm with Bell
Right now I have a Nokia 6225
I also have a Dell Axim x50v PPC that I use for work and personal stuff (I have games and stuff on it). It's got a 640x480 screen, BT, 802.11b, and an infrared port, and other great features.
I'm eligiblle for a hardware upgrade every 12 months, and I've been eligible for the last 3 months for an upgrade, but I've been waiting to get something.

I'm not a fan of flip phones.

I'm thinking about getting a new phone again...

I'm looking at the Audiovox 6600 PDA phone, but it doesn't have 802.11 (I know that I could get a SD adapter to do it but I would prefer it all built-in).

I'm also thinking that perhaps I should just get a phone with BT and then I can surf the web off my Axim by connecting to the phone by using BT. Having said that, I could also connect my laptop to the phone and surf too. Am I correct in saying that I would be able to do that?

Anyways, I'm kinda stuck in the middle debating as to what I should do. Should I get the all in one, but it's bigger and bulkier? Or do I get a cell phone w/ BT?

If I go with a cell phone, what do you recommend that I get? I was thinking about the LG 325, however some bell stores don't carry it anymore... which makes me wonder if it's discontinued now.

I think any PDA phone out there today has BT, so it is not really a choice. The imate ones are tiny and have Wifi and BT, but are expensive.

I know the PDA phones have BT... my question is do I get rid of my x50v and get a cell PDA, or do I get a phone with BT so that I can use my x50v to surf the web?

Sorry, got you now. Yes, you can--in theory--connect your PDA and laptop to the phone via BT and surf the web that way, but your carrier may require you to get an expensive data plan, and the speed also depends on whether or not the phone has EDGE, UMTS, etc. (I have no idea what data services Bell has). I guess it also depends on whether or not you are in place where you have no WiFi access and need to surf the web. If yes, it may be a point to tethering, if not, I don't think it is worth the hassle. Besides, with Opera mini and such you can surf regular HTML pages on your cell if you really must.

But if you use your PDA a lot, I would consider getting a PDA phone such as the iMates or the HTC Wizard.
