Will I be able to get a medical waiver if the disease has no effects on my daily life? The pcos causes slight hypothyroidism (controlled with medication) and I also have asthma (controlled without medication, and haven't used an inhaler in 4 years). I am healthy, young, a little unfit due to lack of exercise after graduation, but completely correctable.
* for those who do not know, PCOS is poly-cystic ovary syndrome, and is incurable. Hypothyroidism is also incurable. They can both be managed with or without medication, depending on the severity.
My case is very light and I lived fine without meds for my life before the conditions were discovered.
Any experienced advice would be appreciated.
