PCMICROWORKS international buyer question?

Im triing to buy from PCMICROWORKS.com they say that they ship and sell worldwide, yet in the payment and shipping options, it only shows american states and no country option. anyone in the same situatuion once and know what to do? I need to make the buy this weekend as my item has a rebate of 50dollars if i make order this weekend.
sorry, i mean 500dollars
