It sounds like it powers on, but no display?
Unplug then re-connect components to make sure they are tight. Monitor cable first, power from PSU to motherboard, re-seat video card, hard drive. Try again to boot. If nothing, remove memory and re-seat. If you still get nothing, remove the processor completely and re-seat.
If still nothing, unplug everything, and remove all cards. Just the motherboard and processor, and power up. It should beep because there is no memory installed. Replace one stick and try to boot again. If it fails to boot at this point, your memory may be bad. Try the other stick and repeat.
If there is no beep with just the MB and processor the board is likely fried.
