im gunna build a new pc for my friend. he wants to play aion with nice graphics. these are the specs

Radeon 3650 512MB
2GB ballistix ram
OCZ 700W psu
gigabyte UD3L
ACER 22" monitor
will this run aion on max settings no problem or do i need a better GPU?
