I started doing PC muscle exercises about 6 months ago because I read they can help you out a lot sexually. Then I started developing frequent urination and never really connected the two together... I've been trying to figure out my problem and this is one of the things I can guess. So, is it possible that the exercises have given me frequent urination somehow?
