PC controlled RC car?

I jus tried to control a toy RC car using PC keyboard arrow keys...i jus used four 2N3904 transistors as switches and interfaced it with PC using a parallel port....Then on the software part, I used VB as my base program. So the real problem i faced is that when i press the arrow keys, all four keys just does the same work... I mean all four keys turn the car left or right or front or back depending on corresponding positive terminal of the switch to which i solder my negative terminal. I checked my circuit and the paralllel port for any short circuit or loose contacts but it was all connected well.I checked the software part too and to my knowledge i feel it's also programmed correctly. So the problem maybe in the interfacing i did with the remote control switches....so help me fixing this bug....the circuit diagram goes this way :-
